The fact is that email is still a very powerful marketing tool used in the right manner.

Email marketing is pervasive and yes much of it is SPAM. However those that ignore or dismiss it do so at their own peril. The fact is that email is still a very powerful marketing tool when used in the right manner. Our platforms minimally have an opt-in only rule and we generally advocate for a double opt-in. By doing so, you are insuring your clients or prospects desire to hear from you and you are also adhering to standard can-spam laws. There are numerous techniques for integrating emails into your campaigns.  Communication via these channels should not be underestimated and we have solutions in place to make this happen.

  • One classic example is to engage your prospect on the internet (via a PURL or a GURL) to voluntarily provide their email and mobile address along with permission to communicate.  Not only are anti spam laws respected but you are also now using a “preferred” email address.
  • Emails can be delivered automatically at prescheduled intervals with highly targeted and relevant messages.
  • Emails can be tracked and monitored for open rates, bounce backs and other metrics
  • Emails can be triggered by Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) scans at the post office to alert the mail recipient to “be on the lookout” for an important mail piece soon to be delivered.
  • Emails can be highly versioned with offers driven by a master database.  This works particularly well with coupon and loyalty programs.
